This policy explains what data the game collects, why, and what you can do about it. In short: we collect only what the game needs to work, we don’t show ads, and we don’t sell your data.

What we collect

We don’t access your location, contacts, photos or microphone. We don’t show ads or track you for advertising, and we don’t sell your data.
Notifications
“Your crops are ready” reminders are scheduled locally on your phone. They are sent only if you allow them, and you can turn them off in the game under the Farmhouse.
Where and how long we keep data
Data is stored with our hosting provider Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Game data: kept for as long as your account exists.
- Error reports: deleted after 30 days.
- Farm visit records: deleted after 30 days.
- Purchase records: kept for accounting and tax obligations; if you delete your account, they are no longer linked to you.
Your rights and deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and all data linked to it at any time in the game: Farmhouse → Privacy and account → Delete my account and farm.
Under the GDPR (and, for players in Turkey, the KVKK) you can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or object to how we use it. Write to developer@elvoren.ee. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version on this page and announce important changes in the game.
